Circular by design

Insect farming recycles organic waste into protein and fertilizer — the most sustainable feed on earth.

Clippie is a standalone oviposition clip that works with any BSFL setup — not just the Bin Kit. A rotating ball-and-socket base lets you position it anywhere: mounted to a bin wall, hung from a structure, or placed in or near your growing area at whatever angle works best.

Adult black soldier flies look for tight, dark crevices to lay eggs. The Branch and Leaf surfaces give them exactly that. Each Clippie comes ready to use with everything included — just place it and let the flies do the rest.

What's included:

  • 1× Clippie (rotating ball-and-socket clip body)

  • 2× Branch segments

  • 4× Leaf lures (2 per Branch)

Already have Branches and Leaves from a Bin Kit? Clippie connects to them too.

Why it works

Built around how BSFL actually behave.

🥚

Maximize egg collection

Gives adult black soldier flies the tight, dark crevices they instinctively seek — so more eggs end up where you can actually collect them.

🦴

40× more calcium than mealworms

The larvae you raise have a calcium-to-phosphorus ratio ideal for reptiles, amphibians, and birds — no dusting required.

♻️

Zero waste

BSFL turn organic waste into protein. The frass left behind is a rich organic fertilizer for your garden.
